What additional features does the keypad have?

Our keypad is one of the most full-featured units on the market today. As a result, when you purchase your keypad you'll be able to enjoy these extremely useful and handy features including:

- Unlock your driver's door by simply entering your custom code.
- Unlock ALL your doors by simply entering your custom code, and then pressing the last digit of your custom code a second time.
- Lock ALL your doors by simply pressing the two rightmost buttons on the keypad at the same time
- All buttons are illuminated, so you can see the buttons clearly at night, etc.
- Enter your own customized entry code, and change it as often as you'd like for the ultimate in security.

Does the unit come with a detailed installation guide?

Yes, absolutely. It will be included with your package.

Will your keypad work on a vehicle WITHOUT power door locks?

Unfortunately, no it will not. Your vehicle needs to have power door locks for our unit to interface.

Will your keypad work on a vehicle with an alarm system?

Yes, absolutely. Our keypad will easily tie into your existing power door locks / alarm, so that everything works together.

Can the battery on the keypad be changed easily, and what type of battery is it?

Yes, absolutely. The battery can be changed easily, and uses an inexpensive camera-type battery you can buy at Radio Shack, etc..

Will your wireless keypad entry system work for a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country? a 2001 PT Cruiser? I had checked locally and was told that all the third party units were restricted to Ford frequencies.

Yes, our keypad will work on both. Chryslers use a different type of door lock system, so you’ll just need to add an adapter for both cars. The adapters are $25 each and take just a couple minutes to wire in.

I have a ___________. Will your keypad work for my vehicle?

Our keypads will work for 99% of all vehicles with power door locks, however in some cases, particular models will need additional parts (in addition to the keypad unit itself), and here is some basic info:

- Later model GM (i.e. GMC, Chevy, and Cadillac) trucks & SUV’s (2003 & up) will need databus adapters. The one for 03-06 is $45.00, and the one for 07 & up is $75.00.

- There are a few random Toyota/Lexus models that will need two relays and 2 diodes ($25 total additional, which will also include the wiring pigtails). These include the following models:
